The Lagos District of the Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) on Wednesday said it would re-open its Oshodi Station in Lagos next month.
The NRC Lagos District General Manager, Mr Akin Osinowo, who made the disclosure at a news conference in Lagos, said that the re-opening of the station was part of the Mass Train Transit Services (MTTS) scheme of the NRC.
Osinowo said that the Lagos District was mobilising personnel and putting some security measures in place to ensure a hitch-free operation.
“Oshodi will be re-opening in the next three to four week, before the end of March.
“It should have been back about a month ago, but unfortunately, we had a setback.
